Privacy and consent, in plain words
What Twin Sports keeps about your child, who sees it and who decides. Short and without legalese. Our privacy policy is the legally binding version. Privacy policy
Twin Sports hasn't launched yet. This page describes how we're building it. If anything changes, it says so here.

Who decides
Under 16, the club invites a parent or guardian. They become the family manager: they manage the family profile and decide who sees what – including which role and rights other family members get, such as the other parent or the grandparents.
At 16 and 17, your child becomes the family manager and invites a parent or guardian. A family profile you set up stays with you.
From 18, the profile is your child's alone. They decide which role and access you keep.
Children have their own profile without a login. You decide if and when your child gets a login of their own.
What we keep
What the team needs: your child's name, date of birth and team, the calendar, RSVPs and who came to training.
What we don't create: no advertising profiles and no labels like “potential” or market values for children.
When you nominate your club we only ask for your e-mail address, the club and its town – never anything about your child.
Who sees what
Every club sees only its own data, never another club's. Coaches see only their teams.
When a club requests data through the Twin ID, you choose what is shared. Health data only with explicit consent.
These rules live in the database and the permission system, not only in a privacy policy.
When they change club
The Twin ID goes with your child. You decide what the old club keeps. The new coach doesn't start from zero.
See and delete
You can ask at any time what we keep about you and your child, and have everything deleted. Write to hello@twinsports.ai.
You can delete your details yourself at app.twinsports.ai/waitlist.
Where the data is
Your nomination is stored with Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany. Once you confirm your e-mail address, it is also passed to Venture Garden, the platform we run our campaign on. For the club app we'll publish the hosting location and service providers before the first club starts.
Our rules and the law
The age steps settle who sees what inside Twin Sports. They sit on top of the legal basis; they don't replace it. The age from which children can consent themselves differs by country; we're checking it country by country with counsel.
You. Evolved.
