Clubs that grow every player.

Before launch, you apply to become a Twin Founding Club, one of the first clubs on Twin. Admission works like a league's: every application is reviewed personally. Accepted clubs keep every team in one place: calendar, RSVPs, attendance and each player's development. Free.

Two ways in: you apply, or your families nominate you.

The Founding Club standard.

Four values every Twin Founding Club shares. We begin with clubs that already live them. Every club will have the chance to become Twin Certified later.

What Founding Clubs get.

Free for clubs.

Club management is our route to families, not our product. We plan to earn from families who choose to see more and from professional services.

Every team in one place.

From the youngest group to the first team. The basics work for your adult teams too.

Less admin for volunteer coaches.

Coaches confirm attendance in two taps. Each player's record builds from that, with nothing extra to type.

Development data the board can stand behind.

Attendance and development per team, across the season – from your coaches' check-ins. And when a coach leaves, what they knew about the players stays with the club.

Your evenings belong on the pitch.

  • 95%of German football clubs are run by volunteers.
  • 6.5 hof bureaucracy a week – that's what volunteer club leaders report.

Every team organises differently: WhatsApp, Excel, paper. Consent forms sit in folders, photos in open groups. And when a coach leaves, what they knew about the players leaves with them. Twin Sports brings the youth department into one place.

Questions

How does our club get in?

Before launch, you apply to become a Twin Founding Club: a short application, about five minutes, from your youth director, the board or a coach. Every application is reviewed personally; accepted clubs become Twin Founding Clubs, the first clubs on Twin. Every club will have the chance to become Twin Certified later.

What do you look for in a club?

Clubs that grow every player. In practice: players first, effort that counts, competition only when clubs and parents switch it on, and data handled with care. Day to day: a youth director who wants to champion it, one or two teams ready to start, and a board that reads the papers.

What happens after we apply?

First you confirm your e-mail address. We review your application within the first week, then a 20-minute call with your youth director. The decision follows within about 30 days; accepted clubs start with one or two teams.

How long does the review take?

About 30 days, in four steps: your application (about 5 minutes), our review (within the first week), a 20-minute interview call with your youth director, and the decision.

What do accepted clubs get?

Every team in one place: a calendar for every team, RSVPs, attendance in two taps, a member register, a Twin ID for every player and the Twin Card. Coming: team chat. Not yet: fees and club finances, an import from your membership software, performance tests and scouting.

What does it cost?

Nothing for clubs. Club management is our route to families, not our product. We plan to earn from families who choose to see more and from professional services; the free family plan stays. Prices are planned and can change before launch.

Can our families nominate us?

Yes. Parents can nominate their club on this site; then we get in touch with your youth director. A nomination shows that the club's own families are asking for Twin.

Who sees our players' data?

Your club only: every club is its own tenant, and no club sees another club's data. Roles settle who sees what – coaches their teams, the youth director the youth teams; health data only with explicit consent. The data processing agreement, subprocessors and hosting location aren't published yet; you'll get them in your club room before any club goes live.
